It's been some time... Tusal+answer+snowman

It's been some time since I last posted, and I really didn't planned it to be so! So better go straight on the points
TUSAL! THe pots of fluff are growing and mine does too, even if I don't have that much stitching time. But the end of the year can already be seen and I already have thevision of myself making more I'm-so-cheap bookmarks out of the fluff
Lately the camera tends to darken the photos and I don't know why. Sometimes it does, sometimes not, it's all on a whim XP

И отново мина доста повече време от предвиденото между този пост и последния. Така че направо по темите!
Отново дойде времето за ТУСАЛ-а! Бурканчетата с кончета се пълнят, моето също, макар и с нетолкова бързи темпове, поради липсата на време. Краят на годината вече се вижда и аз също така се виждам да правя още книгоразделители от типа I'm-so-cheap от кончетата.

Напоследък фотоапарата от време на време решава да потъмни снимките, така че се извинявам за недоброто качество на снимката (така е след редактирането и през програма)

A Xmas project

I wanted to stitch something for Christmas, and I definitelly wanted to try the purple fabric I got from Cat. This yummy thing was sitting in my stash box for a while - it was about time! I thought a snowman would look great on it and so I started this:
It's the result after one day of stitching(meaning - one evening, meaning 2 or 3 40 min episodes), after I took the photo I stitched one more day, but now I don't have battery to took a new picture. But there will be new update soon, because I took the camer with me! My sister has a new phone with awesome camera - on the box it says "Photograpger's choice"X) So she let me take the other camera. I was hoping to stitch a little bit more today, but instead I spent too much time bloggong and browsing XD Hope I'll find some time to spare tomorrow, because they added an extra Chemistry lecture in the afternoon.

Исках да пробвам някой коледен/ зимен дизайн, а също така исках и най-накрая да пробвам лилавата Аида, която ми прати Кет. Тя доста време преседя в крафтърското ми кашонче - време и беше. Помислих си, че снежен човек ще изглежда добре на лилавия фон, и така двете желания се обединиха.
На снимката е резултатът от един ден работа (т.е. една вечер, т.е. 2 или 3 епизода сериали) След снимката добавих още един ден, но нямаше батерия за снимки. Но този проект ще се ъпдейтне в скоро време, защото взех фотоапарата със себе си във Варна :) Сестра ми има нов телефон с много добра камера, и ми даде другия. Надявах се днес да поработя малко върху снежния човек, но вместо това загубих доста врем в блогване и разходки из интернет пространството. Все пак се надявам утре да намеря малко време, въпреки че ни сложиха допълнителна лекция по химия.

I have Internet now!

The silence from the last week was caused from the fact I didn't have Internet for real, just some lonely stray waves coming my way here and then not enough to do a proper blogging! But it's set now - actually all itneeded was the landlady to give me the password! Anyway I haz net nao!
First some random stuff, and then in the next blog entry there will be stitching, wow!

FIRST of the forst part, did you see the official GATHCASTITCH site? Did you see the Cloud pattern? And what about the Sephiroth pattern!?! This place so has the cutes FFVII patterns ever. And if you're a bigger game fan than me - which is not that hard since I've never played a video game in my life, I know Final Fantasy and thye Mario brothers from movies only, and whenever I play something on the PC it's either a match 3 or searching game - so if I find this place really really yummy, then you should find it extremely delicious. Be sure to vist the blog too!

Next thing is that Neti on her blog Sleepless but dreaming is having a giveaway - some cute polymer clay buttons she made with pretty ribbons to come along

And in September it was the international Roald Dahl day, so what better?
It's the second book from the Charlie series. The publisher says the following about it:

I totally love this song. First time I heard it, it was on some Yu-gi-oh AMV. Not the best one there, I don't really remeber what it was about, most likely about Kaiba and the Ancient Egypt arc, because I was all about Seto back then. I still like this character btw. But the song is love and will always be love

Във всеки случай сега интернета е пак налице и този пост ще бъде посветен на някои рандъм неща, а новият УИП ще бъде в следващия. И така, най напред

Нов сайт посветен на видео игрите и тяхното пресъздаване посредством игла и конец! - GATCHASTITCH ! Там, смея да твърдя, са най-сладките FF7 схеми, включително чибита Клауд и Сефирот! А ако някой е по-голям любител на видео игрите от мен, което не е трудно, защото през живота си не съм играла на видео игра, харесвам Последна Фантазия и Братя Марио само от филмите, а когато седна да играя на компютъра, то ще е или търсачка, или нещо от типа " събери три еднакви". Та ако някой е по-голям фен, то сайтът ще му се стори не просто вкусен, а направо деликатесен. Засега не всички схеми са прехвърлени от блога и - това също е причина да се посети и блога!

Второ е, че Нети от Sleepless but dreaming раздава вкусни домашно изпечени от глина копченца плюс панделки!

На края на книгата учители споделят мнението си за автора през ученическите му години, като тези мнения варират от "Траен мързел" до "Прилича ми на камила" и са не по малко интересно четиво от самата книга. и 3. Имаме Уили Уонка. Това само по себе си е ПРИЧИНА

Тази песен си е заслужила вечната ми любов. Помня, че за пръв път я чух от някакво Ю-ги-о АМV - не особено блестящо AMV , и дори не си спомням за какво точно беше, но сигурно е било за Кайба и Египетската арка епизоди, защото тогава те основно ме занимаха. Всъщност този герой още си го харесвам, а и песента още си я обичам.

Hi everyone! I'm here starting my uni year, and as you see I have internet right now! So I thought I'd post something that doesn't require photos, and alos, that I could try and not be as late as usual with that one book meme, hosted by Black Fingernail reviews blog. I'm so random at it, that I deserve to be disqualified or something >.>
So I decided that this week''s favourite book will be To wake up a dragon by Nikolai Tellalov (Да пробудиш драконче - Николай Теллалов)
Long time ago, dragons existed among people. In times of peace they chased after the human girls. In times of war, their powers would often determine the outcome of the battle. But after people started using guns and powder, dragons disappeared, one by one. Maybe they were still alive somwhere far away, but how could one know? No one have ever seen or heard them, until... 19th of May 1996
To wake up a dragon is a modern tale of young man who wakes up Verena, daughter of the dragon king and a human princess, who has been asleep for centuries; and it is currently one of my favourite both fantasy and bulgarian litterature books :)

While on the book theme, I would like to point one curious book blog I found -Top 100 Banned/Challenged books. The author is determined to read a top 100 of the books that have been banned in schools in USA (or that's what I understood) and give her opinion on wether there's a reason for it, or not. I had no idea books have been banned like this, and I don't know either if it's common in my own country, but I'm pretty curious about all of this.
I'm kinda tired to write about school matters, because even if it was rather good for a first day. I'm way to exhausted of carrying 8 kilos (we checked it once I was home) of books and manuals from the uni. I don't know how many of them will be actually of any use, but they all are older than me.
I finished the second page of the Spring! But now I can't take a photo to show it! ;?

Здрасти! Аз тук във Варна сега си започвам учебната година, но както виждате, за момента имам интернет! Но тъй като не мога да правя снимки, реших да заложа на пост, който не ги изисква, пък и си помислих, че няма да е лошо да не закъснявам толкова много за онова книжно меме от Black Fingernail reviews
Както от дъжд на вятър го правя, направо заслужавам да ме дисквалифицират...
Но както и да е, реших любимата книга за седмицата да е - Да пробудиш драконче от Николай Теллалов
Някога змейовете живеели на земята сред нас - знаем от народните приказки. Били крилати, с блестящи люспи, които огрявали всичко наоколо като слънцето. Ходели дори по седенките и там се задявали с момите. Имало ли война, змейовете ставали невидими и също тръгвали да се бият. На която страна помагали, тя побеждавала.
Но с появата на барута змейове, самодиви и таласъми един по един се изгубили. Може и да са оцелели нейде, ала много надалеч, и до наши дни никой не ги бе срещал, ни виждал...
...до 19 май 1996 година, когато едно змейско дете...
Освен любима книга за седмицата, тази книга се нарежда и в една от любимите ми от български автори, и от фентъзита :D

Докато съм още на книжна тема, попадна ми един доста любопитен блог - Top 100 Banned/Challenged books. Доколкото разбрах, авторката има намерение да прочете топ 100 на книги, които за забранени в училишните библиотеки в САЩ. Аз бях доста изненадана да разбера, че книги се забраняват, и не знам дали се прави и тук. Но във всеки случай ми стана доста любопитно какви книги са забранили там

Иначе ме мързи да пиша за училищно-университетски работи... още ме държи, че носих 8 кила учебници (претеглих ги) . Засега ни съобщиха, че поне три - най-дебелите- няма да ни вършат работа и трябва ди купуваме нови. XP
Но затова пък си взех престилка, и според мен много ми ходи 8D

Hi there, bye there

Tomorrow I'm going to Varna for the schoolyear starts on Monday. Eventually I'll have Internet there too, but don't know when. even with Internet, posts will be probably photo deprived, since the camera stays here, or in the best case with low quality mobile phone photos - that is, if I succeed in connecting the laptop with the phone, they don't seem to like eachother. In any case, when I'm coming home for weekends, I'll blog.
Now, I can continue with hoe much I'm freaking out, if I wasn't too busy actually freaking out.
Instead, catch:
Some card, made weeeks ago, but couldn't make a decent shot, and my sister didn't try making photos, despite the fact I asked her numerous times, so you get the next crappy shot (classic story)
The piccu used in the project is a freebie clip art I can't remeber where exactly found, but I do remeber that I found the site through this blog Free Digital Stamps . The words are from a song - Were you thinking of me by Yonderboi. And I even made a mistake with the lyrics - it's that, not this... A card made for absolutely no reason... but the song is nice. Down there is the AMV that initially hooked me on this song and Yonderboi as a whole (HidaSakuIta)

P.S. I have suuuch a bad feeling for all that uni stuff now, and I'm sooo gonna fail it T____T

Утре заминавам за Варна, а учебната година почва на 13ти. Сигурно ще имам интернет и там, но още не знае кога. Във всеки случай и да има интернет за блогване, постовете сигурно ще са доста по-лишени от снимки, защото фотото остава тук. Или в най-добрия случай ще има снимки, но с ниско качество, ако успея да свържа лаптопа с телефона (двамата нещо не се понасят). Във всеки случай обаче ще пиша през уикендите, когато ще се връщам у дома.
Нататък мога да продължа да пиша за това колко много се панирам, ако не бях твърде заета да се панирам в момента.
Вместо това - картичко-нещо си.... Направено преди няколко седмици, но не можах да направя свястна снимка, сестра ми все забравяше, нищо, че и напомнях, и в крайна сметка - бяла свят ще види отново все същата стара гадна снимка (класическа история)
Завъртулката е фрийби от един сайт, който не мога да си го спомня... но поне помня, че стигнах до него през Free Digital Stamps. Изразът пък е част от текста на Were you thinking of me на Yonderboi. Даже успях да го объркам, защото не е this а е that.. Картичка направена абсолютно без причина... обаче песента е хубава. По тази песен, а и по Yonderboi като цяло, се зарибих заради това АМV:

So remeber last week I adopted a meme from Black fingernailed reviews blog. It was all about the weekly changing fav book and song. At this point it might be bad news that I didn't forget. Good news then is that I checked other blogs doing this meme, and it seems you're not supposed to write your own opinion after reading the book, and instead just put a short summary or teaser or smth; so I'll save you the long and complicated review unlike previous time. With my blatant unability to put my exact thoughts in Englich it wuld have turned in quite unlpleasent read, one more reason to be happy. And so...

Book of the week: Frankenstein

I bet you don't need me to tell you what this book is about. Tall, dark man... who's name surprisingly isn't Frankenstein is kinda famous. It's one of the books of that 100 books list I picked. In any case I was pretty relieved to find out there weren't any labs with electricity systems connected to a kite on the roof, Igor-like servants, and echoing cries "It's alive, it's ALIVE!" hm...

I'll just add that I read most of the book on the bus stop in Sofia before the Aniventure, because my bus arrived at 6.30 and the event started at 10. I had plenty of time (and it was freaking cold ) to finish the book and contemplate the cover a little. The photo above isn't made by me, but it's the same edition as the mine, and poses yet another stupid question - why there's an empty shape on the shadow on the place of the heart? Yeah, I must have nothing else to do to be posing questions on book covers.

I'm stil very into the Charmed series, and this is one more song I heard from there, like the previous one.

Днешният отговор.. или по-скоро вчерашният, или завчерашният отговор и т.н., но поне не е "отговорът от миналата седмица"... засега
Аз не забравям, само.. отлагам :P
Миналата седмица започнах едно meme от Black fingernailed reviews . Ставаше дума за това как човек не може да си избере само една любима книга и песен, и затова по-добре да си има различен избранник всяка седмица. Така, засега лошата (за читателите) новина е, че не съм забравила това меме, а добрата е, че поразгледах други блогове, които го правят, и изглежда се поства не личното мнение след като съътветната книжка е прочетена, а по-скоро кратко резюме, или нещо подобно. Така че ревю-ирането е спестено.

И така, отговорът на "Книга за седмица" е : "Франкенщайн"
Не мисля, че е нужно да казвам за какво става дума... Висок, мрачен персонаж... който изненадващо не се казва Франкенщайн... доста е известен. Това е една от книгите от списъка със стоте заглавия.
Ще добавя само, че прочетох по-голямата част от книгата на автогарата в София преди Анивенчъра, защото автобуса ми пристигна 6,30, а то започваше от 10. Имах време (и беше студено - няма никаква връзка, но беше студено) даже да позяпам корицата. Снимката горе не е правена от мен, но моята книга е същото издание; и ме кара да си задавам още един въпрос (сякаш книгата сама по себе си не поставя достатъчно) - защо на стената има дупка в сянката на чудовището на мястото където би трябвало да му е сърцето? >.>""" Мда, сигурно е нямало какво друго да правя, освен да мисля по въпроса за коричното оформление на книгите.
