or an awesome weekend at least!
As usual I am late with things, but better late than never! I also turned to be an awful oracle. I obviously can't see a thing in the future. In my last post I predicted that the craft I should work on and finish before Christmas was the set of the cross stitched ornaments, starting with that deer. Yeah, but no. Future had another plans
You see, we had this campaign at Uni, selling handmade stuff and raising money for a children's home. I really wanted to take part, but as i had to make a rather large number in a short time, I had to give up on cross stitching and decided to do some felt ornaments. i made 25 for the fund raising, and with 4 for the rest of my group as presents, 4 for my mom's workplace and a few more for friends and etc.. I think it's a total of 35 for now. Here are just a few, but at least one of every kind is presented. The gingerbread and the birdiew are Tilda inspired and the snowman idea is from a site I can't find right now (>.>) but I'll update once I figure it out.
hmm.. I wonder how I ended up writing a blog post after midnight... Right now I have that good intention to make my wipocalypse list, but as I proved, I'm not good at guessing. I may just sit and watch another episode of the first season of Pokemon, just because of Team Rocket. I think I'll never get tired of their catch phrase. And you, just keep up the joly mood, because the holidays and the partying isn't over! :D


ПО-добре късно, отколкото никога, но се надявам всички да са прекарали чудесно коледните празници! :))
Освен че съм назад с нещата, оказва се, че един от другите ми недостатъци е неспособността ми да виждам в бъдещето. Последно надникнах в кристалната топка и там преди Коледа завършвах серията с орнаменти, първи от които трябваше да бъде този с елена. А ето защо очакванията не бяха оправдани : от университета организираха кампания Коледен павилион за събиране на средства за детски дом като се продават разни ръчно, а и не ръчно изработени неща. Тъй като реших, че искам да участвам, а трябваше да се направят сравнително голям брой предмети за относително малък период от време, най-добрата крафтърска опция беше да се направят филцови орнаменти. За павилиона направих 25, 4 за колегите от групата, 4 за кабинета на мама, и още няколко за раздаване, засега общо взето излизат към 35 закръглено. Тъй като все бързах да ги направя и да ги дам, успях да фотографирам само последната пратка, но на нея присъства поне по един представител от всеки вид, така че не е толкова зле. Курабийката и пилето са по тилдовски, а идеята за снежния човек е от един сайт към който ще линкна веднага щом го преоткрия.
Както винаги, блогуването се оказва дейност, с който се занимавам след полунощ, но с малко повече късмет сега ще го завърша преди един. В момента в главата ми се върти благородната идея да си направя списъка за уипокалипсиса, но вече установихме, че не ме бива в предвиждането. Може да продължа да гледам първия сезон на Покемон, само и само заради екипа Ракета. Никога няма да ми омръзне встъпителната им реч XD
А вие поддържайте приповдигнатото празнично настроение, защото празниците още не са свършили! :D

A bunch of not so good photos, but still photos

As you know, a picture is worth a 1000 words. Basing on the quality, I'm goint to count each one for 500. Hm, it's still quite an essay then, this post!
So here are finally some photos. Sone of these finishes are made like months ago, some are new. Since the beginning of the summer, I've been trying new stuff, like plastic canvas, soluble canvas, sewing with a machine, new ways of finishing and so on, and with is tons of fun. But enought talking

Sheepo. You know you'll love it.

Last two days I've been working on something else from my stash cardboard box - the felt. I wanted to make a plushie, and I wanted something simple, because then chances to fail would be smaller. I always liked the Tilda designs, because they bear cuteness and certail simplicity too. But I realozed that even with the patterns and the written instructions, I'm not sure what to do and what to begin with, since it would be my first sewn plushie ever. I went searching for more detailed tips and was lucky to find master classes on this great blog, katjushik.ru . And so I made my first felt plushie!
It's called Sheepo. I wanted to call it B-e-e, so that it could be best friends with the knitted pig Boo, but the majourity, that means the Puffle, stated it could not be named like this. And so Sheepo became Sheepo. Not to be mistaken with Shippou.
As I'm a major fail whan comes to photos, here comes my big thanks to the one who made all the awesome piccu featuring Sheepo! This is, again, the Puffle, a.k.a. my sister, who took Sheepo for a long walk in the park and did the photo session.
Here it comes!!!



We're all so proud of how Sheepo turned out! Don't you love it too! Puff even made a digital scrapbook sheet with the photos, so I can upload it more easily on Deviantart:

For the collage were used digital crapbooking freebies, coming from Au coin de l'objectif and Enjoy Life Design and also 35 minutes of work that seemed like long hours! But the reslut is worth the pain, right?

Tomorrow I'll finally post what happened to the Celtic knot, and till then I'll admire Sheepo, being blind for the fact that the invisible seams can be spotted from kilometres away ;))))

Последните дни работих с нещо друго, което изкарах от крафтърското кашонче - филца. Исках да направя плюшка, и колкото по-простичко, толкова по-добре, защото простотата на дизайна значително намалява шансовете да оплескам нещата. Тилда дизайните винаги са ме привличали, защото са едновременно сладки, а има и по-леснички. Установих обаче, че дори и с инструкциите и кройките не знам откъде да подхвана и как да работя :/ Затова тръгнах да търся из интернета по-подробни инструкции и намерих чудесните майсторски класове на katjushik.ru. И така успях да направя първото си филцово плюши!
Пръвоначално исках да кръстя овцата Бее, за да може по лесно да общува с плетеното прасе Буу и така да станат първи дружки. Но мнозинството, т.е. Пъфълът, известен още като сестра ми, се възпротиви на идеята. И така Шийпо стана Шийпо и не трябва да се бърка с Шиппо.
Печално е известно, че с фотоапарата не се разбираме, независимо от кой стана на обектива ще застана. Тук идва мястото за едно голямо благодаря на Пъфъла, който направи всичките страхотни снимки! Тя изведе Шийпо на следобедна разходка в парка, за да могат да направят фотосесията! :)))) Тя даже скрапбуукна ( О.о ??) няколко снимки, за да мога да ги кача по-лесно в Deviantart. За целта бяха използвани фрийбита от Au coin de l'objectif и Enjoy Life Design и 35 минути работа на Гимп, които обаче се сториха много по-дълги. Резултатът обаче си струваше усилието! Нали? :))))

Unbirthday (image heavy post because I like what I see)

Second post today, but oh well. I just could not wait anymore to show the *unbirthday* presents I've been working on lately, even though I haven't sent them yet. But the person they are for doesn't visit the blog (at least I think so) so it's safe I hope! Anyway I can't wait, nyah!

Why unbirthday? Because if you're sending a present through the post services, there's very high chance for the present not to arrive in time. (With me it's 100% sure, since I lost all day making this card - which is weird, I know, or as sis says "Wicked!" - but I like it anyway. mmm, so I couldn't get to the post in time, and tomorrow and Friday are national holidays - Day of the army - so I won't be able to send it. Damn.... >.<) And Very Merry Unbirthday definitely sounds better than Happy Belated Birthday wishes or whatever. The unbirthday theme just goes along with Alice, there's no questioning that. I personally don't like the Disney movie. The book is better, and I have a great deal of quotes I love from there, but still is seriously creeping me out. One thing I like from the movie (apart from the Cheshire cat) is the Very Merry Unbirthday song. so you have this scene from the movie alond with various items form the scrapbooking kits I spoke about earlier. Btw these are 3 papers I arranged like this not one sheet, so you can blame me for the colour combo. Those kits were definitely meant more for digital srapbooking, and I can assure it was a pain cutting the letters. In the inside is the following little poem : Birthdays come but once a year (and some say that's enough)
because you're one year older and not as up to snuff.
But this is an unbirthday card for all the days in store
without adding a single year you get 364


Finally to show my beloves boxes! I'm still stuck with the pink, as you can see. First to say that the pink and white box didn't make it, because in the end there was no place in the box for it. maybe it's better like this, because even though the paper is from the same kit, the other two just feat one another and this stands out. I put the bracelets that were inside in the baggy.

It's stil deserves your attention :P I decided to keep in the paper stars I made (or rather the patethic attempts). I used the Disgaea star paper from Missy Tannenbaum that made the work much more enjoyable! Still making the stars in way harder that the origami boxes! Btw as you see, those three boxes have different patterns (the pattern of the big one can't be seen right, damn, but it's a "wheel") the lighter pink is a "lightning" and the thirs is a "bow", but they're all made form the same units, connected in different ways. I can't wait to try the next serie of units to see what patterns will come out!
No high lighting the cube, you've already seen it. I wanted to send anime stickers, but couldn't find good ones - so let it be 2D bunnies. The thread is not DMC, but Ariadna. It's less common or so it seems, but I like it. And I thought it would be more interesting to send it than DMC or Anchor.


This little purse took me some time to make. Most of it I was wondering "I can do it... no i can't... it won't look good this way..." and so on. The actual work was 2 x Bleach + Disney Robin Hood + Kronk's New Groove. again, I'm happy with result, especially the seams. about two rows above the T is the "invisible seam" and I think I did it right! The little plushie Taurus was love from first sight, I bought it along with even cuter Cancer although I don't know any cancers. And I found just the perfect cross stitch pattern mathing the Taurus with the exact same coulurs , but really didn't have the time for it (or else it would be just in time for the next year birthday!). well maybe I'll really make it for next year!
The whole thing is a total colour way - killer regarding my pink & black theme btw.

You've seen those already, except for the keychain. Yup, it's pink & black, and it's a flying pig. We all know pigs are meant to fly so we should get over it. Again this pig should have had a blue friend, because the original bracelet pattern had them both. Blame the lack of time
The paper clip is here to save the day (the colour way)! and having Mentos as a hair pin is just cool.

P.S. Thanks for the nice comments regarding the end of high school! I can't fully realize it yet, lol... I'll miss many things, that's for sure, but right now it's good to have a little more time to concentrate on the university exam studying. And it would be good if I actually use this time for that purpose >.<""""

And here I forgot to post Kisa here as well as on DA. So here it is. I love him, what else can I say!

Book cover

This is the cover for the notebook where I mark all of my tasks and exams. I made this last Monday and in bad mood (really bad) so I didn't really care about the seams. But you're lucky and on the photo they can't be spoted (at least I hope so). That thing in the middle is supposed to be Sixth squad's flower sign - tsubaki/camellia. I haven't planned to put it on, it was a last moment decision. I suppose under the united influence of Bleach (Bya!) and Sei Shonagon's Pillow book that I read.
But everything is better than the original colour - the most disgusting shade of green I've ever seen (but the notebook itself is very handy)
