Finished reading challenge: Stephen King

With the idea of changing my opinion of SK and his books, I joined the  Stephen King Project at level A King Novice: 1 book. The book in question was It and you can check the review here. I did change my opinion. A bit. I was wondering whether to watch the movie of It as well ( that would count to the challenge too), but it seem that it won't be happening this year. So I count this challenge as finished and if they host it again next year, I'll try my luck with the movie and with some other books as well.

Включих  се втова предизвикателство с идеята да си променя мнението за СК и за творчеството му  и се записах за първо ниво - Стивън Кинг новак с условието да прочета една книга. Тази една книга беше "То" и тук може да погледнете майското ревю . Промених си мнението. Малко. Мислех си дали и да не видя филма по То (който също би се броял към предизвикателството), но явно това няма да се случи тази година. Иначе, ако догодина решат да го хостват отново, с удоволствие бих се включила и бих си пробвала късмета с филма и с някои други книжки.

Finished reading challenge: Wodehouse

*Hi everyone! Just to warn you that these days there may be a flood of written in hurry reviews and check in posts. I failed miserably in the cross stitch challenges this year, so I will be trying NOT to fail THAT miserably with the reading ones. So I'm starting to clean up the ones I finished :D*

So back in March I signed up for the Wodehouse challenge:

Book reviews weren't pointed as a must, but if I suddenly decide to write some, I will add them. It seems to me like the blogger who started this challenge isn't hosting it actively anymore, so I'm not sure if I should check this in somewhere. But still, it's a finish, so YAY!

Блогърката, която започна това предизвикателство, изглежда вече не го поддържа активно, така че не знам дали трябва да се отчета някъде другаде. Но все пак си е едно завършено - така че Йей!

Merry Christmas and vaguely Christmas realted craft

Hello there to all of you! I guess you're all in the middle of a celebration, and here I am, finally finding some time to actually blog!
Uni did good at keeping me busy all these months, and that last week I was all

 

But apart of my brain refusing to work, I actually did some crafting (with little thinking). Sadly - not cross stitcnng. The famous sheep that I just ahd to finish, because there was no way I'm leaving it for yet another year, and another little something I will show you soon - that was all the cross stitching for the last few months. But I did some card making, or rather - callendar making. I wanted to make a lot of presents and figured this would be a nice and rather fast present. So here I present you the first set of scrapbooked callendars! The twin kitties are my fav so far :D

Сигурно по това време сте в разгара на празнуването на Бъдни вечер, а аз реших да седна и да напиша едно блогче.

През последните месеци почти не ми беше останало време за нещо от графата "ръчен труд и техника", а колкото до бродирането - мога да се отчета само с овцата от предишния пост и още едно-две нещица, които ще постна в скоро време. Затова пък наблегнах на картичкоправенето. Или по-точно - календаро-правенето. Много умувах какво да измисля, че хем да успея да направя достатъчно като бройки, хем всяка по своему да е индивидуална . И най-накрая измислих - календарчета за 2013! :D Всяка картичка от горните си е съвсем функционално настолно календарче с всичките месеци :D И това май е само първата партида, защото ми остават още подаръци за правене ^_^

Advent blog hop - I'm day 12!!!

It's been so long, but even if I've been a terrible blogger, Jo from Serendipitous Stitching not only had let me in the blog hop, but gave the most awesome day of the hop - 12.12.12!!

I've missed keeping up with half of the hop already, so today I saw for a first time some of the beauties and pretties people have posted= And thought "Oh dear. What I'm even doing here! >.>" Then I looked at my sheep. And the sheep looked back.

And anyway, now it's your turn to have a look at my sheep and my very tiny Christmas corner in my room!
Yup, that's my One sheep open sleigh, finished! Finished in a very sily way, but what ever, after MORE THAN AN YEAR, it's done! Happy dances all around.
But please don't look for the mistakes and for the things missed out of lazinnes. Please, please, don't.
  
And the theme this year is Stocking, Sack or Something else?"

 Well, stockings have never been used in my country. Lately you can see people buying ornamented stockings, but just as part of the Christmas decorations, without much more meaning. I still think they're really pretty and cute, but always wondered - what about the bigger presents?XD
So presents here, at least in theory, are left under the Christmas tree. When my sister and I were little, our parents hided them around the house (as if we couldn't find them, lol) and put them under the night before Christmas. Lately, mom is basically more curious than us and eager to know wheter we like our presents, or not. So it's not unusual for her to pop up an hour or two before  midnight on 24th, asking us to open the presents! XD

This is all from me for now! Now I'm off to comment on the other Advent hoppers and I hope I;ll be able to blog again soon - vacation is almost vere!

Yeah, I know, I know *hiding behind a wall of shame* I've been a terrible blogger, I admit it. And not just that - but also a terrible commenter and a horrible stitcher as well >.> Not only I 've been missing all the stuff going on in the bolgging world for the past months, I also haven't stutched since... mm well since the last time I posted something here. Ah, the shame, the shame..
As usual, I blame being busy for it all. And being lazy. Yup, def being lazy. We've really been quite busy at Uni since the start of the year, but things are now waaaay more interesting since the previous two years of study, so I can't really complain about that.

Anyway, on the crafty side.. since I really hate posting without a piccu of something, or at least a book read= The good news! I've made 3 bday cards since the start of the school year. the bad news - I took a pic of only one..

I've been reading more than crafting, since it's quite easier to carry a book around and read a couple or pages or so, than move with you all the stitchy supplies. But Christmas and new Year are coming and I'm hoping to get some work done. Also, I need to sit ap and write some excuse for a book review, because I basically finished some challenges and If I simply don't make it with reviews... well, I'll be really, really mad at myself >.>

Hi there ladies how have you been doing? I'll probably be able to actually check it on Friday - Uni program being mean and stuff. But I thought I better almost keep my IHSW promise. You know what this is - yup, a new start. Couldn't resist it. This cute kit I recieved from Rahenna's awesome giveaway I just couldn't keep my hands away from it... and so here's a start!

Здравейте всички, как я карате? Всъщност ще мога лично - поне онзи еквивалент на интернет личното - да проверя сигурно чак в петък - учебна година и т.н.. Но си помислих, че няма да е зле поне приблизително да си спазя обещанието да постна резултатът от предния уикенд на IHSW . Дам, това е нещо новичко, но просто не можах да му устоя. Това е едно много сладко комплектче, което спечелих от кендито на Rahenna и просто не можах да си задържа ръцете далеч от него. Под секрет ще ви кажа, че на него има колибри :D
